WILDLY BECOMING
(Re)wild. (Re)connect. (Re)invent.
It’s not a midlife crisis, it’s actually a midlife rebirth.
You’ve spent years building a life that looked good on paper, and for many of those years, it felt like it fit perfectly too. As the years went on, you collected the titles, prestige and the external showings of a ‘good life.’
You are ‘achieving’ by all means of the definition, however there is an underlying feeling that something is missing…. This may even bring a sense of guilt and shame, after all, this is what you ‘should’ be chasing right???
However something is calling you.
You may not understand it.
You may be trying to ignore it.
Or, you may even be scared of it.
You are keenly aware that you need a change, but you aren’t quite sure what that entails. You’re curious about what is possible. At the same time thoughts and worries keep you awake at night.
What if I disrupt everything? What if I regret it? What will people think? What does this mean for my family?
Because you don’t understand it, you turn away from it. Because it feels threatening you try to suppress it. Unfortunately, these tactics will only work for so long, which you know. You also know it’s time to address it, but you don’t know where to begin.
The Wildly Becoming Collective is not about massive, scary and dangerous changes.
It’s about making small pivots that align you with your next chapter. It’s about aligning your life with what is calling you now to live a more intentional, aligned and fulfilling life. It’s about breaking through the noise, listening to and honoring the fears, but using your inner wisdom to push through with bravery when you know it’s the right choice.
You don’t have to have it all figured out, but you will need to stop waiting.
I meet my clients at the intersection of the pivot, and work with them on the art of becoming.
My approach
My work is grounded in the standards and methodology of the International Coaching Federation. Receiving formal training in transformational coaching, my certification gives me the ability to engage in this sacred work with integrity. This foundation allows me to guide clients with intention and structure, creating a safe space for collaboration and exploration that guides clients through meaningful change.
Coaches do not give advice, but instead walk alongside their clients working with them uncover the clarity, self-trust, and aligned decisions that already exist within them. It ensures that our work together is not surface-level, but rather a thoughtful, proven process of real change.
As a Travel Coach, I work with clients to leverage travel as a catalyst for meaningful change, followed by integration of the transformation. I do not plan trips for clients, but I do help clients transform while taking them.
This is where working with me is different.
Through a blend of travel coaching, immersive experiences, and intentional reflection, I design spaces where transformation is not accidental, but actively pursued.
Whether in 1:1 coaching or retreats in the wilderness, the goal is not just to experience something new, but to become someone new . More aligned, more present, and more fully engaged in your own life.
Travel Coaching Defined
-
Travel coaches work with clients to help craft transformational travel that meets the needs of the client. A client may seek a travel coach when they want assistance with creating this experience, or when they understand something is calling them, but don’t understand how to execute it. Most of all, travel coaches do not tell the client what to do, rather work with the client to help clearly define, plan and then execute a trip.
-
Travel coaches are not travel advisors, although a travel advisor can also hold a travel coach certification. Travel coaches are more similar to life coaches (and in fact some are also certified life coaches that specialize in certain life transitions such as loss or an unexpected medical diagnosis)
-
Each travel coach will have their own frameworks that walk clients through a process of transformation. While there are no set guidelines, there are ethical standards that a certified coach must abide by. This is why it is critical to be working with a coach that is certified by ICF standards and methodologies.
-
I can certainly assist in crafting a travel experience that will be instrumental in your transformation. However, I am not a licensed travel advisor so I am not able to ethically book travel on your behalf.
If you are looking for a group travel experience, you may want to consider one of my group retreats which expertly align active adventure travel where clients learn to trust themselves and face the fear of doing hard things in a wild and remote environment. My retreats are somewhat primitive in nature, requiring a level of comfort in the outdoors. Unfortunately, I am unable to cater to physical accessibility needs, but have references for other travel coaches who do. -
Therapy and coaching have important places for each individual. In fact, it is sometimes best for a client to have both professionals in their lives.
Therapy can often view a personal in a compartmentalized manner, levering the knowledge of clinical practice and diagnosing studies. A therapist will also likely adhere to one method of psychological theory, and operate their practice based off that textbook theory. There is nothing wrong with this, however at times it can lead to limited boundaries for the working relationship.
A coach will view the client as a whole person, understanding the linkage between past and present, but viewing the client holistically. Furthermore, coaching entails guidance from a place of lived experiences. Many coaches specialize in a focus because they themselves have been through the experience prior; knowing what patterns to call out, possible solutions that can be examined, and a keen empathic understanding of what the client is going through. In fact, it’s likely that coaches will not work with just anyone, but rather the exact version of the person they know they can help.
This is why it’s critical to be working with a coach who is following ethical standards laid out by the coaching industry. Coaches are not licensed to be give advice, nor should they be discussing anything with clients outside their zone of genius (i.e. medical diagnosis). If a client finds themselves in this situation, it’s best to evaluate whether continued work with that coach is in the best interest of the client. -
Yes, I always offer clients a complimentary 30 minute consultation. During this time we will discuss your current path, and where you’d like to go. Upon signing up for a consultation, clients are expected to fill out a short intake form to allow me to process some information in advance. During this time, the goal is solely to understand your wants and needs. If it’s an opportunity to work together is discovered, you’ll move into a much more in depth intake process before beginning work together.

I hold and ICF certification in coaching that comes with a required 100 hours of training and coaching practice.
Furthermore, my undergraduate degree was in Psychology with a special focus on gender and sexuality studies. I intended to continue onto graduate studies to pursue owning a practice as Marriage & Family Therapist, working with youth who were experiencing distress in their gender identification and sexual preferences.
While this line of work is not aligned with my coaching practice, I site it here as a relevant and robust path of study that was a catalyst for my desire to pursue coaching.
Therapy is very different from coaching, and I’ve decided to pursue avenues that allow me to craft a space for clients that focuses less on clinical studies/practice and more on enabling clients to lead their own exploration. -
My coaching practice offers 1:1 coaching, as well as transformative travel retreats.
My focus is on midlife, mid-career women who are sense an upcoming pivot, but do not understand how to navigate it. My clients may feel overwhelmed, afraid, or even curious to see who them are becoming.
Through carefully curated experiences, I walk alongside my client, helping them chart a course to the metamorphosis that will lead to the next version of themselves.
